Events for December!!!

Everyone is Welcome

Children’s Programs:

Preschool Story Hour: Bring your little ones ages birth – 5 to hear stories, create a craft, and enjoy snacks with friends. Wednesdays at 10:00 A.M.

Homeschool Group: Wednesdays 11:00 A.M. Join us for an hour of lessons and activities geared towards kids ages 7 and up.

Break Out Box Challenge: Kids come together as a team, use your wits, and solve an interac-tive puzzle. Ages 7-12 Dec. 13, at 11:00 A.M.

Cartoon and Lego Saturday! Join us for fun cartoon showings at 9:00 A.M. followed by Lego Time on Saturday, December 19th.

PJ Storytime: Come, in your Pjs for stories and a fun craft before bed. Dec. 21, at 6:30 P.M.

 

Tween and Teen Programs:

Cafe & Creativity Time @ the Library: Come in and sit with your friends. Craft your-self a fancy cafe beverage with our Keurig. Read, draw, or work on a project. Write music, stories, or poetry. Fridays at 4:30 P.M. & Satur-days at 10:00 A.M.

Adult Programs:

Trivia Night: Bring your friends for trivia night. Test your knowledge. Have some laughs. Tuesday December, 12th at 6:30 P.M.

Adult Book Club: will discuss the first half of Little Women on Wed. Dec. 13th at 4:00 P.M. Drop by the library to borrow your copies.

Card Club Saturdays: December 9th and 23rd at 10:00 A.M. Bring a friend. We provide the coffee. You provide the competition!

Computer Classes: Learn more about computer programs, devices, or even email. December 11th or 12 at 5:00 P.M. If you can’t make it in during these hours, feel free to stop in another time, and we will do our best to assist you!

EVERYBODY EVENTS!

Community Christmas Festival: The Gorham Free Library & the Town of Gorham Historical Society invite you to join us for holiday activities and pro-grams. Visit Santa in the Old Post Office, decorate a Christmas tree and participate in craft projects for all ages. Sat. Dec. 2nd 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.

And, join us for a special morning filled with fun, gingerbread, and frosting. Make your own ginger-bread creation Sat. Dec. 23rd 9:00 –10:00 A.M.

Library Board Meeting: Meetings are open to the public. Do you have something to say? Come at 7:00 P.M. December 18th.
